Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to paid enrollments with SystemStream Lab. Pricing pages are informational; refunds relate to confirmed invoices paid through our offline billing process.
Eligibility
Self-paced Pulse enrollments may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if less than 20% of recorded lessons have been accessed. Cascade cohort seats may request a full refund up to 5 business days before the first live session, or a partial refund of 50% if withdrawal occurs after the first live session but before the third.
Timeframe
Submit requests within the windows above. Late requests are reviewed only for documented medical or force-majeure reasons.
Full or partial refund conditions
Full refunds apply when eligibility criteria are met and materials have not been substantially consumed. Partial refunds apply to mid-cohort withdrawals as stated. Observatory team packages are refundable at 100% if cancelled 10 or more business days before delivery; within 10 days, facilitator preparation costs of 30% may be retained.
Non-refundable items
Third-party venue fees already committed, custom dataset preparation billed as a line item, and completed private consulting hours attached to a program are non-refundable.
Refund process
Email contact@systemstream-lab.digital with subject “Refund request,” your invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and state the approved amount.
Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated within 14 business days of confirmation.
Refund method
Funds return to the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers used for invoices are refunded to the same account details on the remittance advice.
Cancellation by SystemStream Lab
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later term or receive a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled seats.
Exceptions
Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may delay resolution. Learners removed for severe conduct violations under the Terms may forfeit remaining access without refund beyond unused prepaid portions required by law.
